Sports law

Sports law crosses the boundaries of multiple legal domains. It comprises all legal domains that play a role in sports and recreation. Think of the law of associations (articles of association, regulations, government), codes of conduct (but also: disciplinary law and rules of procedure), employment law, liability (who is liable for accidents and injuries, will the damages be covered by insurance), lease, property and ground lease of sports accomodations, sponsor contracts, players' contracts, transfers and contract negotiations and Image rights (portrait right).
