The tax practice of Vink & Partners Legal and Tax comprises all tax law-related aspects that apply within the Netherlands as well as abroad, albeit it from a Dutch perspective. We give advice about all tax law-related matters, including turnover tax, transfer tax, inheritance tax, income and corporate tax, dividend tax, tax optimization, transfer pricing, financial planning, estate planning, business transfers, the fiscal aspects in relation to the establishment of partnerships, changes to legal forms, business structures and corporate restructuring. We can also help you with fiscal advice about pensions and testaments. And finally we will handle your various tax statements.

In the event of problems with the Tax Department we will try to resolve these in close consultation with the Tax Department, however, whenever necessary, we will not shy away from litigation. We have vast experience in litigation before the tax courts, as well as with cassation proceedings before the Supreme Court. Given the unique team at our firm, we are able to handle Supreme Court litigation ourselves.
