Liability law

Liability law is a collective term for a multi-faceted legal domain. First of all, it covers the recovery of damages or putting up a defence in matters concerning tort or breach of contract. Next, it concerns matters of professional liability (e.g. errors made by accountants, notaries, attorneys and architects). In this context we also provide legal aid in disciplinary cases. As many of our clients are entrepreneurs, we are also active in cases that concern the liability of enterprises, e.g. holding liable the supplier that fails to meet his obligations, but also matters like director's and officer's liability, liability in the event of bankruptcy and employer's liability.
